Policies

Reservation Policies

  • Reservations can be made beginning January 2nd for the current camping season. 

  • You must be at least 25 years old to rent a camper.

  • There is a 3 night minimum for each reservation. 

  • Payments are to be paid in full upon reservation.

  • When delivery charges are necessary, an invoice will be sent separately.  

  • No Smoking in campers.​

  • Awnings may be used but the renter will be held responsible for any damage.

  • We reserve the right to provide a different camper of equal or greater floor plan if your camper is unavailable due to maintenance requirements or is removed from our fleet.  If we are unable to meet your needs, you have the option to cancel your reservation with a full refund.

Pet Policies

  • No Pets in campers. (unless you are renting a specified pet unit)

  • Pet Policies (For specified pet units only)

    • $50 non-refundable pet fee.

    • Spayed or neutered animals only.

    • Do not leave the pet unattended in the camper.

    • Clean up after your pet.

Cancellation Policies
​
  • Cancellations will be refunded 100% if cancelled before 30 days from your reservation date. 

  • Cancellations within 30 days of your reservation date, will receive a 50% refund. 

  • Cancellations within 14 days of your reservation date will not receive a refund unless we are able to find another renter for your camper.
